Now reading Hyperion by Dan Simmons - The Canterbury Tales in space!
Great book & The Fall of Hyperion.
I also have (though have yet to read) the 2 Endymion books
Just finished The Gone Away World by Nick Harkaway, which was really good. Interesting post apocalypse story, and an angle on the main character. Really good read.

I'm about 200 pages into the new Iain M Banks novel, Surface Detail.
Reading Dracula the Undead, just started but actually enjoying it (didn't think I would)
Right now I'm finishing Web Site Story, after that I have to read some rather boring books for the university.
Just finished Surface Detail by Iain M Banks, great book
Now back on to War of the Worlds (which I interupted to read Surface Detail)
Andi mate.... Is Surface Detail worth getting then? Saw it in Waterstones but the robbing bastards want nearly £20 for it. Its a book I want to buy not the fucking printing press as well.... Sheesh.
Yep really good book, especially if you already into "M"s Culture-verse.
£20? Hmm not sure about that. I got it on pre-order from Amazon for about £8
It's only £9.49 now

Or just await the paperback
