I have nearly finished my first Rankin book ( the Antipope ) and I have pished myself through most of it...I can't wait to get the next book in the trilogy!

You're lucky to have started at the beginning. I started towards the middle and read the books out of order and got very, very confused. You've got some fantastic books ahead of you. The Witches of Chiswick is my favourite, though the Brightonomicon is also fantastic.

A real ne newbie then, well you have 30 more boooks ahead of you & (in my oppinion anyway) they generally get better.
