Well I'm still here, but all Robets comments seem to be exclusivley on facebook now days. People "like" them sure, but there's no discussion about it or the old fun of this place...
I'm checking in every now and then just in case there is any news or an event.
Facebook won't organise events. Facebook won't give RR the crowd of hardcore fans who can turn up at events or contact a publisher or do any one of dozens of things that can help an author. His Facebook friends will just click "like" and then read more Facebook. They probably don't even buy his books.
Indeed & it's such a shame.
Robert never used to post on here at all & it was a busy board
Then he did start posting a bit & I though that could have been great
But then facebook tempted him away with it's thousands of Anonymous "likes" & some random comments.
I agree, it doesn't get anything done. But then Rob seems to be going down the self-publishing route now anyway.
