Are all subsiquent novels to be totally self published or with Telos?

I always found it odd he had one book coming out with a new & different publisher before changing to self publishing for the following novels
& the Kindle ebook only release is out today (free kindle reader apps are available for most computers & tablets apparently)
Also Armageddon ebook is available for free too
