Synchronicity being what it is my mate Stuart was just talking about winning £15 in a money snooker match at the Legion Club yesterday. Fiver each to compete winner got £120 £30 for second and Stuart came third. They always run it when this snooker is on TV as they get loads of entrants.
Yeah I love playing (but I'm rubbish), always see more people in playing too when it's on the TV.
Final day today. 4/4 so far, looks like a good finish...
Selby took it, a late night but the whisky helped

I think that Steve Davis has almost completed his series of virgin sacrifices to complete the Blood Ritual of Eternal Youth, and is poised to make a comeback this year.
Steve is still playing in tornaments but he's not in this one. It's for the top 16 only & Steve is down around 40th now days.
Neil Robertson is defending from last years win & he's through the 1st round so is in with a chance
John Higgins is always a major contender.
Jude Trump, Shaun Murphy, Stephen Maguire & Mark Selby are also amongst the favorites.
But it could go to any of them (except Ding & Mark Davis - who are already out)

Higgins out, Mark Davis looking good. Sullivan back and looking hard to beat! Looks like a good world championship snooker

Michael White looks like one to watch. Maybe not this season tho?
Selby or Robertson are the favourites for me
