I'm confused, if the book is not released till 16/11 does this mean FP have an advance sale of the book and on 10th November copies will be available or has the release date been changed and Amazon have not updated yet?

The blurb on the Pre-Order bit says: The suppliers have confirmed a current ship date to all retailers as 10 November 2012.

I should think that FP will have a delivery for the signing as it will have been arranged with the publishers.
