I don't think the extra bits detracted from the film in the least, in fact the line does this come with chips was very funny cracked me up, seen it in an 3D Imax as well as the 2D as I went back to compare the two effects excellent and I don't have a bad word to say against it Jackson for me has done it again, roll on the next one.

How did the 3D 48fps compare to the 2D 24fps>

For me Andy it was a bit sharper, but I wanted to check out the slight out of focus effect in some scenes to see if they there were any difference in effect, the 2D was version was still good, which I think the DVD will  come out in I'm tempted to go back and see it in 3D again at my local cinema.

I had seen that earlier looks really good I will go and see it in an Imax theatre first , then a couple of weeks later in 2D.

The first film got us all nicely warmed up, think this one is going to be amazing if the trailer is anything to go by, bring it on.
