There's been something funny going on that's stopping the background process that sends out email from running. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it. I was able to force Seven to go out.
If you didn't receive issue 7, and it didn't get caught in your spam filter, then there could be something blocking it. I'm considering ditching my webhost's email server and feeding them all through Gmail to avoid this, but need to check if it will work first.

Does the newsletter come from the same e-mail address?
