Just a couple of things to add to the forum wish-list...
1. Can we reduce the number of replies per page? At the moment it looks like the forum only splits replies onto a new page every 50 replies - which makes for some very long pages with lots of scrolling to get back to the top. Can we reduce this to more like 10 or 15?
2. Can we make links open in a new page/tab when you click them? Or at least give the option?
1. Oops, didn't realise I hadn't switched on the option to open any external links in a new tab/window. Should be set up now: http://www.sproutlore.com.
2. Comments per page was set to 50, which I guess is too many. The annoying thing is that the options below this are 10 or 30. I've set it to 10 for the moment, but would have preferred 20. Will see if I can do anything to make it more granular.

Yep, 50 per page was definitely too many, especially since each posting box seems to have a minimum size - even a 1 line reply seems to take up twice as space in terms of screen length than it needs to. 20 would have been about spot on, but 10 is certainly better than 50.
The only trouble I have with tho shorter pages (like 10 posts to a thread) is I sometime get to the bottom, assume it's the end & post a reply, only then realising there were actually more comments on another page.

That's a fair point, but shorter pages might actually help things here, as more topics will spill onto extra pages, so you're more likely to get in the habit of looking for the next page link before posting a reply. Or maybe that's just wishful thinking.

I've just seen the shorter pages and I have to say I think it's too short, but then I'm a miserable sort with these things. 30 sounds better to me as I'd have suggested about 25.
I would prefer them a tad longer too.

Ah but in that case, I prefered the shorter one. the longer one had a strange rattle which I didn't like at all
