Ghost post

Ghost post because I am expecting no response, I hope to be disappointed.

I have a 62 page PDF file I want to import to indesign CS4 for formatting then export to PDF again, can anyone give any help on Adobe indesign CS4 in so much as how to import a multi page PDF?
