How come some shitbag has one (unread!!!) for sale and I haven't even seen one yet.
Report it to Amazon as a breach of copyright. As you ARE the copyright owner they should be forced to listen, though a good threat of legal action is always a good idea.
In all likelyhood this clown is not in possession of any books and is simply preordering from amazon. Though if he does have them then its likely he works for Gollanz, so a nice email to the publisher with the link may be usefull. If he works for Gollanz then he in all likelyhood has nicked them from the warehouse.
In either case he has no business having the book let alone trying to hawk them for £200.... Get the bawbag shut down.
What he said ^

I have reported ths scumbag for selling stolen property. As it shouldnt be possible to get a copy of this book without resorting to theft, I am on fairly safe ground here. Also I would advise Robert to report it to Ebay as a copyright infringement, I cant as it is only possible for the copyright owner to report this kind of crap. But if everyone could please do a theft report on this we can have the listing removed asap.
Just going back to the signing dates mentioned at the start of this post -
The Lincoln event - does anyone know if you have to be part of the Steampunk weekend to go to the signing, or will they let anyone in just for that 'free' bit? I've looked on the website, but it's not particularly clear (or is it just me?)
Thanks
I'm going to be doing my best to look after everyone at the signing (I'm a Steward at The Asylum again), so I shall make enquiries to find out what the state of play with getting entry is.
Watch this space for details.
