It's been a while since I was last posting on this here forum thingy. My apologies for the lack of comms, it's been a busy hectic time in NG-land, and also, rather naughty of me, I forgot to update my membership! But dues are now paid and I am here to do one important thing...say a MIGHTY MIGHTY THANKYOU to everyone who took part in the signed book auction event thingymebob recently and helped raise a stonkingly large amount of money for the Stroke Association.
It still amazes me and chokes me up a bit, just how much support you all show Stroke Association...it is the charity dearest to my heart and one that desperately needs every penny it can get. Over the past few years, Robert and the club have raised an incredible amount of money for them, and I know that they are extremely grateful, as am I.
I know just how hard times are right now for everyone, and finding any spare change to help charity with is a tough call...and there are so many worthy charities out there, all in need of support. So I would just like to thank each and every one of you, to Ian and Graham and the club, to the lucky winners, and particularly to Robert & Rachel for continuing to support this important cause...I am humbled by you all.
