Hello!

I'm a fan of Robert Rankin books, and have been trying for years to get them shipped across to the colonies... I'm still missing a couple of Cornelius books, but I have all the Brentford Trilogy, and I'm still actively searching!

Yes, I do lurk Smiling but it would be difficult for me to make it to a pub night in Britain from my home in Vancouver, Canada Sad , so I enjoy the British sense of humour from afar Eye-wink

Ooh, which part of the North would that be then? Coz it's not too shabby here at the moment, if you don't mind the odd torrential downpour.

Seriously though, always nice to see new members from Northern parts, it helps to know who we are for organising events.

Can't get Rankin books in Canada? Tried Amazon.ca?
All the Cornelii are there for under $5 (though those are probably used)

Grim? Hah! I've been to Skeggie.
(Don't know about bracing, it was bloody freezing!)

Good to see you posting Smiling

Re: We know you're out there!

Brilliant! Thanks for the pointer to the bookdepository.co.uk Smiling I now have Sprout Mask Replica on order! Cool They don't currently have stock in the 2 Cornelius books I am missing, but I will check back in the future.

I have had some success with amazon.ca in the past - but sometimes they say they can send me a book, but then write with apologies because they couldn't find it! (I've had Sprout Mask Replica on order twice now!) I'm not that fond of buying used books... but I may need to try it.

Cheers! Thanks for the help!

Yes, I've had that before, though they're a lot better now than they used to be. I once had a book on order for so long that my credit card expired of old age while I was waiting for them to get back to me. So when it finally did come in, they wouldn't let me have it and I was too fed up to reorder.
